The Sales Reps at the Dot Foods National Sales Meeting

Yesterday in St. Louis I delivered a workshop for the Dot Foods sales force as part of the their national sales meeting. Dot is the largest food redistributor in the U.S.  The group of 80 or so was primarily outside sales reps who spend about half their time in-office, so of course the phone is an important part of their sales toolbox, and we worked on how to be even more effective with it.

I’m doing a number of national sales meetings and in-house training sessions for companies like Dot that realize now is the time to invest in their salespeople, especially during these economic times, because it is the salespeople who most quickly can make things happen, create even more cash flow, and survive and thrive.
