Winners of the Smart Calling Workshop Auction

in Photos of Training Clients, Uncategorized

A few weeks ago I auctioned off a one-day Smart Calling training workshop. For this program, I donated my time and expenses, and the winning company’s check went to benefit the Miracle League of Arizona which is building a baseball field in Scottsdale for special needs kids.

I did the seminar this week, and here are photos of the sales group from Callbright, the winning bidder. Callbright offers a web-based call management system to enhance customer relationships, streamline and precisely track their advertising,  and improve management and training strategies by listening to how their incoming calls are handled. Great company, value proposition, and sales crew. They specialize in the auto dealer market, and are now moving into other industries that do a fair amount of advertising to generate incoming calls.

Callbright donated nearly $5000 for the workshop, and it is going to a great cause. If you’d like to see the video we watched at a reception prior to a golf fundraiser, check it out here and be prepared to tear up a bit, just as I did. (this was from another Miracle League chapter in North Carolina). If you’d like to donate to the Miracle League of Arizona’s new park, do so through the Harmon Killebrew Foundation, an organization I’ve become involved with.
